The Lincoln Intermediate Unit No. 12 Migrant Education and ESL Programs (LIUMEP), provide supplemental education for children of migratory farm workers, and ESL instruction in contracted school districts. LIU Migrant Education Programs are funded through federal monies under Title I, Section C; and state monies through the Department of Education—Migrant Child Care, Title III , and ESL reimbursement monies. LIUMEP serve 30 counties in central Pennsylvania, USA.
